Closure - Friday, July 3rd

Hi everyone!

Just a note that we will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, for the holiday weekend. All proofs, phone calls, emails, orders, etc will be handled in the order received upon our return on Monday.

Also, any proofs approved after 6 pm EST on Thursday, July 2nd will not be printed until Monday morning.

Closure, tomorrow, June 4

Hi everyone,

Our customer service desk will be closed tomorrow, for the day. All orders, proof edits, and emails will be responded to upon our return on Friday, June 5th at 9 am EST, in the order they were received.

This affects both our phone line, and online correspondence.

If you have received your proof from Jaclyn, this will not affect your proof edits in any way. If your proof has been completed by Jamie, she will be unable to complete your edits until Friday morning.

This will not affect shipping or printing in any way, and there will be no delays with either. If you approve your proof tomorrow before 6 pm EST, it will still go to print as usual, on Friday.

Brand New Site coming soon!

Hi everyone!

Jamie here today, with some super exciting news!!!!

We apologize for not updating our blog more often, but we have a great reason! We have been working hard behind the scenes, on a brand new website!

We are very excited to finally be ready to show it to all of you, and to make sure our new site is operating properly, and perfectly, we will have to shut down our site beginning at 6 pm EST today, Friday, April 17th. The site will be down and inaccessible throughout the weekend. However, any orders already placed will not be affected in any way.

We expect to be completely closed throughout the weekend, and hope to return on Monday, April 20th. We appreciate your patience, as we've been working hard to make sure our new site is a much easier shopping experience for everyone!

If you have any questions, you can email Jamie at info@sweetbabydesigns.com at any time, or feel free to call her before 3 pm EST today at 1-888-650-6222. This email address will continue to operate throughout the weekend without any problems, as will any of our email addresses on our site, so please feel free to email throughout the weekend, and we'll get back to you on Monday morning!

If there are any updates with our relaunch, you can check back here, the blog will continue to be active throughout the weekend. No news is good news, so if you don't see another post from us, it means we're moving full steam ahead for Monday morning!

We look forward to working with you, and hope you'll come back to see us early next week to see what we've been up to!

Invitation Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I have some invitations to share with you!

First is our Brown Dots Girl photo birthday invitation. The photo's background is a perfect accent with the brown!



Next is our Big Blue birthday photo birthday invitation. This card was designed with custom colours, and the design flipped at no additional fee! Also, the design was created for cardstock, so back printing was available. The customer wrote a special note on the back.

Holiday Closure/Holiday business hours

Happy Monday everyone! Now that we're less than 2 weeks away from Christmas, we wanted to let everyone know our holiday hours for the next few weeks.

We will be closing at 1 pm on Wednesday, December 23rd, and remain completely closed until Monday, January 5, 2009.

Orders that are not approved before 4 pm EST on December 17th WILL NOT ship until after we return from our holiday vacation.

All orders, revisions, proof approvals, and messages will be handled in the order that they were received on January 5, when we return to our normal business hours.

If you have any questions regarding the turn around times, please email us and Jessica will assist you.

Latest Holiday Designs

It's Wednesday, and I have more beautiful Christmas designs to show you today!

First up is our Fun Christmas Photo holiday card with a beautiful family photo!



Next, is our Be Merry Photo holiday card. The customer also ordered return address labels, that coordinate with her design!

Here we have our very popular Mint Snowflakes photo holiday card. This time, it's created as a 5x5, featuring 2 photos rather than the 1 in the sample.

Tuesday Holiday Designs

It's Tuesday, and here are some more holiday designs!

First up is an adorable custom Hanukkah design! The colours accent the photo perfectly, and the photo is super cute! Since the design is in cardstock, a back printing option was available, and the customer chose to add an extra photo.

Happy Monday!

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! We are now past the deadline for guaranteed pre-holiday arrival for our holiday cards. You may still order our holiday cards until December 14th, however, there is no guarantee for holiday arrival.

This week I plan to feature as many of our beautiful holiday designs as I can, we have received some wonderful photos, and created some interesting custom designs.

First is a combination design. This features the colours and graphics from our super popular Mint Snowflakes photo holiday card, but the layout was based off our Cute Christmas photo holiday card. The customer also wanted her children's names added to the side.



Next is our Hanukkah Blue photo holiday card, customized with the customer's choice of text.



Here we have our Merry Little Christmas Blue photo birth announcement.



Finally, we have our Three Trees photo holiday card. This card was changed to a 5x5, customized with two photos, and since it was created in cardstock, there was also back printing available.
