A friendly reminder regarding ordering!

I just wanted to remind everyone that when placing an order, please remember to list the email address that you wish to have the proof emailed to. We have no other way to get your proof to you, only via email. If you do not specify what email address to email your proof, we will use the one on your payment information, which may or may not be correct.

So please take the time to double check your information to make sure it is all included, to prevent delays in the processing of your proof. We want to complete your order as fast and effeciently as possible!

We are OPEN!

After our relaunch yesterday, we are running smoothly and already have had some wonderful comments about our site, and our new designs! Thank you all so much for your comments and well wishes!

We appreciate all of our customers, and hope if any of you have any trouble with our site or the new check out system, please email us at info@sweetbabydesigns.com to let us know! We're more than happy to make your shopping experience as easy as possible! You will be directed to upload your photos immediately following check out!

Once you have paid and uploaded your photos, you will receive your online proof to view within 48-72 hours. If you have any trouble with the photo uploader please email us and we can help. Please be patient with it, if you have large and/or multiple photos, it may take awhile for them to upload.

If you are wondering the status of your order, just log into your account and you should be able to see if we have received your photos, or if a proof has been sent. Please allow 6 hours after payment for photo receipt status changes, and 48-72 hours for the proof sent status changes. If your status is "proof sent" and you have not received it, please check your junk folder, if it is not there, please email us at info@sweetbabydesigns.com and we will resend it to you.

Please remember our minimum order is 25 cards, or 1 pack of cardstock. You will be notified by customer service if you are under this amount and will be given instructions on what to do to complete the order.

Today's the day!!!

Happy Sunday to all of our customers!

Today is the day we switch to our new site. As you can see from this blog, it's a sneak peek in itself of the colours we will be using, and the basic design! We are so excited about it! We have so many new designs, new papers we're offering, and an easier way to shop.

With new sites, it sometimes takes 24-48 hours for it to propogate through the internet, so you may not see us, or our new site for a day or two. We certainly hope this is not the case, but it is a possiblity. Keep checking back and try to delete your internet cookies, if you still can't see us after a day or two. Sometimes your computer "remembers" the old site and will not show the new one.

We are so looking forward to our grand reopening tomorrow!!!!

It's almost here!

Happy Sunday everyone!!!

We are so very excited to announce our new site is almost complete! We will be debuting more beautiful new designs, many new products, new paper finishes, and a much easier way for our customers to shop.

As a result of the change over, we are now CLOSED to any NEW orders effective today, Sunday, April 27th until Monday, May 5th. We will be relaunching the site on Monday, May 5th at 9 am EST and hope you will join us on that day! There might be some surprises!

If you have placed an order with us, the proof must be approved and payment completed before SATURDAY, MAY 3rd at 3 pm EST. If it is not, you will have to resubmit under our new system thus causing delays!

If you have a question about orders already placed, please email Jamie at info@sweetbabydesigns.com. She will be in today, and all week to answer any questions you may have! If you have a question regarding shipment of your order, please email shipping@sweetbabydesigns.com. Please include your original order number.

It's Thursday again, and I'm here to share some of my favorites from the week! 

This is our Reagan design.  Cardstock allows for backside printing!

Next up is our Joshua design.  Works great with color and black and white photos!

And last up is a our clinton design in a 4x6 folded cardstock size!  Folded carstock allows for printing on the inside as well as the back!

Hectic is definitely the key word here this week! We are so excited for the new update!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far!

Jamie here this week with some news on our site update. I have been working very hard to get the new site design ready, and we are setting a very tentative date of May 1st for the launch. We will keep you updated on that! We are so excited about it, and hope that it will make the ordering process easier for all of our customers!

I also want to start something new this week, as I see all the photos that come in, I will be doing a Tuesday Photo Tip! Today's photo tip: take a look at the design you are planning to order, and take a photo based on the design, rather than trying to fit a photo in that might not work. One of the biggest problems we have, is trying to fit a vertical photo into a horizontal space, and vice versa. For the best results, use a photo that is the same orientation as the one on the design you like. Your photo will likely fit much better, and also need a lot less cropping!

As a result of putting all my efforts into the new site, I have not been doing much in the way of customer orders or designs, so I don't have anything new to share this week. But, I can show you another sneak peek of a revamped design that I have done for the new site!

Moving on up!

Sweet Baby Designs is thrilled to announce that we are in the process of a complete site redesign. We will soon be featuring a new site, new ordering processes (to make everything easier for our customers), and BRAND NEW DESIGNS!

We are very excited about the new designs we have for you in all areas... Birth announcements, invitations, thank you cards, and more!
